Circular London is a programme of the London Waste and Recycling Board (LWARB), working closely with Resource London and Advance London. Circular London’s current priorities are communications and collaboration, policy development and demonstrators.
At LWARB we’ve been working on circular economy issues in partnership with the GLA, for three years. Together, LWARB and the GLA are members of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s government and cities programme, meeting and learning with other cities, regions and countries on a circular economy journey. We want to bring this learning to you and share what’s going on around the world and how it could be applicable at home in London.
In June 2017, LWARB launched a circular economy route map for London, that sets out recommendations and actions for the capital to accelerate its transition to a more circular economy. Please let us know if you’d like to know more and help us deliver our circular economy aspirations.
